Annie Wehning
Annie was born in Quezon City and trained as a nurse. She completed her training as an Ayurveda therapist in Germany.
After that she acquired the title of psychological Ayurveda consultant as an advanced course. She successfully completed her studies as a case manager at the FHDW Hochschule in Bielefeld.
She supoprtst the association and its members in all areas and represents them externally. The main areas of her responsibility are building and maintaining the network and case management. She is available for
all your questions and suggestions.

Nelly Gräff
Nelly completed her training as a nursing professional in Bacolod City 40 years ago and has been living in Germany for 36 years. During this long time, she has worked as a nursing professional in various facilities. She has always been able to apply her experiences and skills well in her profession.
Finance Officer and Treasurer / Board Member
Ingo Hauernherm
- Ingo completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant directly after he completed a degree in business administration.
- In 2008 he also did a training as an Ayurveda
practitioner. He is self-employed and works in the education sector. He works for different companies and
schools. - In our association PNA he works as a cashier and takes care of the support of our members. His focus lies on
housing law, mobility and commercial advice.
Public Relations Officer / Board Member
Grace Lugert-Jose
- is a business psychologist from Hamburg. As a native Filipina who came to Germany with her mother more than 20 years ago, she knows what challenges people from other cultures expect here in Germany.
- As a certified intercultural trainer and consultant, she is specialized in accompanying German medical institutions in their integration process and making it successful and sustainable. She conducts coaching sessions and training sessions for nursing management, permanent staff and recruited international nurses..
- Her highly acclaimed “Study on the satisfaction of Filipino nursing professionals in Germany” was one of the first studies dedicated to the job satisfaction among international nursing professionals in Germany.
Auditor / Board Member
Edith Jenifer Suan
Edith Jenifer Suan has been working as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin in Germany since 2019. She specializes in Wound Care and has attained Wound Management certification in 2023. She is also a Reiki and Empowered Energetics practitioner. Along with it, she is also passionate about Day Trading, investments in different financial instruments and wealth building and management.
